Today (July 31, 2026), we received unexpected news from our manufacturing partner that screen protector production has been further delayed. While the most recent information we shared indicated we expected to receive inventory at our warehouse in late July, we've now been informed that delivery to our Hong Kong warehouse is expected in mid-August.
We understand how frustrating this is, especially after our previous update. At the time of our prior communication, a July timeline was the most accurate information available to us. Unfortunately, today's update from our manufacturer was unexpected, and we sincerely apologize for the continued delay.
We're committed to getting your order shipped as quickly as possible once inventory arrives. If your order contains the Screen Protector 2 Pack, it is currently expected to ship mid-August.
If you would prefer to:
- Separate the Screen Protector 2 Pack from the rest of your order so your other items can ship sooner, or
- Cancel the Screen Protector 2 Pack and receive a refund,

We would also like to share that Sidephone comes with a factory-applied screen protector. If you have purchased a Sidephone on Sidephone's Global storefront, 1x screen protector has been applied at the factory prior to shipment.
